  • Joshua Gordon, PhD

    Long Distance Coach

    Joshua Gordon, Ph.D., combines his love for triathlon and expertise in statistics to coach athletes towards their goals. A skilled triathlete, he has a 9h09 personal best in full-distance triathlons and impressive rankings at major championships. His approach integrates data science for performance enhancement.

  • Aubrey Hayes

    Head Coach

    Aubrey Hayes, a seasoned coach with 15 years of experience. Aubrey has a rich background in coaching various endurance events. His achievements include qualifying for the IM703 World Championship and USAT age group nationals. He holds a BA from American Military University, is a career Army Veteran, is USAT Level 1 Certified and Training Peaks Level 1 Certified.

  • Caleb Bendewald

    Run Coach

    Caleb Bendewald, an athlete from childhood, has excelled in running for three years, clocking a personal best of 2:35 in the marathon. Known for quick adaptation, he emphasizes varied training stimuli, balancing intensity and duration for progressive improvement. His philosophy for both training and coaching is centered around embracing challenges while maintaining an element of intrigue and enjoyment in the process.

Brad Frye

Shaved a staggering two hours off his Ironman Arizona time in just one year, clocking in at 11 hours. This meteoric rise culminated in a qualifying ride at Ironman 70.3 Santa Cruz, where he averaged a blistering 300 watts – enough to punch his ticket to the World Championship.

James McLean, MD

Fueled by an unwavering spirit, he traded two wheels for three, tackling his first-ever triathlon – Ironman Texas – in grueling hot and windy conditions. Crossing the finish line in 11:02, this US Army medical student proved his mettle on both the course and in the classroom.

Kevin Peng

Undaunted by IMLP's notorious reputation, Kevin chose it as his debut full-distance adventure, defying the odds with a sub-14 finish. Now, his hunger for progress is undeniable, as he sets a new IM703 Indian Wells PB and crushes his run-bike split. The future is bright for this rising star.
